Post-merger integration of two production plants (FR) and transfer the automotive branch solution into the new Group. Steer the TSA contract negotiations with the senior management. Setup new support organization in France for 200 end users.

Implement a Group Accounting Reporting and Disclosure Solution to fulfill the external and internal management reporting requirements under IFRS and local-GAAP. Integrate a legal and management reporting solution . Support the Financial Analysis and Financial statement departments during the quarter-end close
